How to get a toned butt for summer!

 


Hi everyone! Today I want to share you my latest workout tip to get a toned and stronger butt. Last year everyone was doing squats to get a toned butt. But maybe you noticed that your legs are getting big too. That is not what everyone wants so there is an other way to do this. I really like this exercise because it's not that hard to do and the results are great. You can also do  this just at home. So let's get ready for summer!

Hip-Lift Progression

How to do this:

• Lie on your back with your arms at your sides with your knees bent and your feet on the floor.
• Lift your hips toward the ceiling. Hold for 1 count, and then lower back down.
• Repeat the lifts for 1 minute, squeezing your glutes and hamstrings at the top of the range of motion.
• Keeping your hips up, place your foot back on the floor and then lower your hips.
• Repeat this exercise for 30 seconds; switch sides and do the move for another 30 seconds on the other leg.

Make-up storage!

Hi guys! So I was looking for some make-up storage boxes and holders. They are very hard to find, there are only a view good sites I know but that's very expensive. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on storage. But I found some great ones at a regular home decoration store. They were only € 1,49 and they look very cute. I also bought a drawer lately were I can storage my make-up in. I showed that one in my Room Tour video. I think it's very handy to have some storage things for your make-up (collection).

 As you can see I need 2 more MAC Cosmetics Lipsticks to complete this storage holder haha!

For the dutch people under us, Big Bazar and Action has some great things so now and then. I bought mine at Big Bazar and  the drawer at Xenos.

IKEA has some great storage boxes too, but I don't know if they have them right know. I bought one there last year I think.

So if you want to collect make-up or have a make-up collection. I really recommend to buy some storage boxes, drawers or holders. Just to organize your make-up and make it look good.  I really like to organize stuff haha! If you have any idea of other (web)shops who sell them please let me know. LOOKBOOK: Boohoo giveaway!

Hi y'all! So I won this really great giveaway from boohoo.com. You had to post a picture on twitter or instagram with a picture that will show your style. I thought that was a really cool giveaway and I posted some pictures. I love the clothes from boohoo.com, they are one of a kind. Very classy but edgy too! The quality is also good and the price aswell. A week after I posted some pictures online they sent me a message on twitter. They said that I won the giveaway, I won 250 euros of clothes. So I had to pick a few items from the site that will recommend my style and they will make a kind of giftbox for me. I didn't knew what to expect and what kind of clothes they will pick for me. A week later the box arrived at my house and I was so excited to open it. The clothes are so amazing! They picked a few items I also chose so that was very nice. Primark cleansing products!

Hi guys! Today a review about these cleansing products from Primark. These cleansing products are very new to me I never bought anything like that before at the Primark. So I wanted to try this out.

I bought a facial cleansing pad, a gentle facial wash and a 24 hour deep hydration cream cleansing lotion. The package is really colorful and cheerful. These cosmetics are dermatologically tested.

I use the lotion to remove my make-up and it will hydrate my skin at the same time. I love the facial cleansing pad because you can clean your face deeply. I apply the gentle facial wash on the pad. Make sure your face is moistured and rinse your face with lukewarm water. The facial wash has no fragrance, it has Aloe Vera and Seaweed extract. The lotion has argan oil extract, it makes your skin soft and fresh.

These cleansing products are €2,00 so I think it's worth to try it out. They have a lot more products at the Primark like masks or other lotions and day/night creams.

I love to travel and visit all kind of cities, to shop everywhere and meet new people. I live in The Neterlands and I love to shop in Amsterdam. It's an hour ago from my place. They have so much stores and lovely other things to visit. Amsterdam is such an inspiration. Here are 5 reasons to visit Amsterdam.

Reason 1: As I said there are a lot of great stores in Amsterdam. MAC pro store, Lush, Rituals, American Apparel, Urban Outfitters, Topshop and more! I love to shop, new make-up or new clothes. All the stores you need are in Amsterdam.

 


Reason 2: The beautiful canals and sightseeings. You can make beautiful pictures of Amsterdam. Or you can get inspired by the beauty of it.

Reason 3: Museums, you have a lot museums in Amsterdam. You have Van Gogh museum, Rijksmuseum or Madame Tussaud. Very popular and you must visit one if you are in Amsterdam!



Reason 4: Food and Drinks. There are so many restaurants in Amsterdam. Sushi, grill, pizza or Chinese whatever you like. You have everything and of course Starbucks, for a quick coffee. There are a lot of clubs and bars too, if you visit Amsterdam in the late hours.

1. What do you hear when you are writing?
Not much, when I'm writing I'm very concentrating on what I want to write.

2. Do you have an appetite at the moment?
Yes I would love pizza I guess, with a lot of cheese..

3. When was the last time you were broken?
Hmm I think about a week a go. I was sick and I had a lot of pain so I was crying the whole day. Hate to be sick.

4. What do you prefer? 10 kids or none
That's a hard one, I love children but not many of them. But I want children later so I prefer 10 then.

5. Do you think you are too busy with your looks?
Nope, I love to do my make-up and stuff. Buy new stuff and create new looks. I love it.

6. What are you thinking right now?
 I'm thinking about buying a new MAC lipstick haha, but I don't know which one.

7. Are you always there for your friends?
Most of the time, I love to hang out with friends but I like quality time for myself too. If a friend needs me I'm there for them.

8. Who was the last person who saw you crying?
My boyfriend, when I was sick and he comforted me. He is always there for me, I love him!

9. What do you do when you are nervous?
I can't just sit down and do nothing, I have to walk or talk and if I sit my legs are shaking.

10. Is there someone who understands you all the time?
Yes and no, you can't understand someone every time I think. But most of the time my boyfriend Job and Fabienne understands me very good.

11. Do you have a reason to smile at this moment?
Yes, because I have so much fun doing this stuff for the blog and I really enjoy doing it.

12.Did someone ever told you they don't want to lose you?
Yes some people did, but especially my boyfriend.

13. Should you be happier if there was a rewind-botton?
Hmm, maybe sometimes. When I said something that hurt someone for example.

14. Do you tell your parents everything?
Nope, only if they ask for it.

15. Are you thinking more about the present or the future?
The present, I hate to think what is going to happen later in my life. I don't know why but it gives me a terrible feeling.

16. How many hours of sleep do you need?
I think 8 hours, but I love to sleep so if I sleep more that's fine with me haha.

17. Are you easy to hang out with?
I think so, I hate it when people make a lot of problems when it's not necessary.

18. What is the last thing you drink?
Ehm I think that's water. Because I need to drink 2L of water every day.




19. What kind of bed do you have?
I have a double bed, I have it a while now and it's so lovely.

20. Do people see you as a optimist or a pessimist?
I can be negative sometimes and sometimes I can be very positive. It's just in what mood I am. You have to ask other people how they see me haha..

21. With whoom did you sat in the car with last time? (family doesn't count).
I think that was with a friend of mine Nicole, she has her own car and she picked me up.

22. What movie did you saw last time in the cinema? And with who?
That was with Fabienne, we were wachting 'Gooische Vrouwen 2' a dutch movie.

23. Did someone hurt you but you didn't expected it?
Yes, a lot of people did..

24. Your favorite things to eat?
I love pizza, or pasta. Also like donuts and candy. But I'm going to the gym and now I can't eat that stuff every day..

25. Did you bought any clothes this week?
Nope, want to buy some clothes though

26. The last person who made you cry?
That was my mother, we had an argument but that's allright now.

27. What are you going to do tomorrow?
I'm going to work tomorrow and further no plans yet.

Ehm yes I would like to see my boyfriend now, miss him.

Yes but not too much!

Yes, as kid of course and next to my boyfriend.

Studio Sculpt, because it is the only one I tried so far.

Favorite Lipstick?

Velvet Teddy, just a great nude color and it will match every outfit I wear. 

Wish List?

I would love to have Soar lipliner. But it's always out of stock so I hope I will get it one day. Also want to try Diva and Rebel lipstick.

Most expensive buy?

I bought the bronzer, soft and gentle highlighter, the brush and Amorous lipstick at the same time. It was 108 euros.. So that was a little bit expensive

Two beautiful nude low budget lipliners!

Hi y'all!

I was looking for some good nude lipliners and I found these two beautiful lipliners! It's from Catrice, good quality and for a good price. (€1,99)

The first one is 150 vintage rose and the second one is 100 upper brown side. It's a long lasting lipliner, it last up to 4 hours. With vitamin C & E! Very easy to apply and waterproof as well.
