How to get a toned butt for summer!

 


Hi everyone! Today I want to share you my latest workout tip to get a toned and stronger butt. Last year everyone was doing squats to get a toned butt. But maybe you noticed that your legs are getting big too. That is not what everyone wants so there is an other way to do this. I really like this exercise because it's not that hard to do and the results are great. You can also do  this just at home. So let's get ready for summer!

Hip-Lift Progression

How to do this:

• Lie on your back with your arms at your sides with your knees bent and your feet on the floor.
• Lift your hips toward the ceiling. Hold for 1 count, and then lower back down.
• Repeat the lifts for 1 minute, squeezing your glutes and hamstrings at the top of the range of motion.
• Keeping your hips up, place your foot back on the floor and then lower your hips.
• Repeat this exercise for 30 seconds; switch sides and do the move for another 30 seconds on the other leg.

Make-up storage!

Hi guys! So I was looking for some make-up storage boxes and holders. They are very hard to find, there are only a view good sites I know but that's very expensive. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on storage. But I found some great ones at a regular home decoration store. They were only € 1,49 and they look very cute. I also bought a drawer lately were I can storage my make-up in. I showed that one in my Room Tour video. I think it's very handy to have some storage things for your make-up (collection).

 As you can see I need 2 more MAC Cosmetics Lipsticks to complete this storage holder haha!

For the dutch people under us, Big Bazar and Action has some great things so now and then. I bought mine at Big Bazar and  the drawer at Xenos.

IKEA has some great storage boxes too, but I don't know if they have them right know. I bought one there last year I think.

So if you want to collect make-up or have a make-up collection. I really recommend to buy some storage boxes, drawers or holders. Just to organize your make-up and make it look good.  I really like to organize stuff haha! If you have any idea of other (web)shops who sell them please let me know. REVIEW: W7 Light Toasted - Natural Nudes - Eye colour palette

Hi everyone! So I finally bought a W7 Eyeshadow Palette. I was just shopping in my hometown and I came in a regular drugstore and then I saw this amazing palette. They had 4 of them so I am definitly going to try all of them. I started with the Light Toasted Nude Palette. I thought the shades were very pretty and all good nude colors so I can use it daily.

 I really love the design of this palette because it looks like the Naked palettes from Urban Decay. The price was good aswell, only 8 euros. I love this palette because you can use it daily and I love nude shades. There are also some darker shades if you want to create a smokey eye or something. These beautiful neutral colors are really perfect for everyone and for every kind of look. The In The Buff palette includes matte , satin and metallic finishes in colors ranging from off-white to bronze , brown, taupe and black.  There are 12 different shades in this palette.

It's not only the shadow that is soft, it's also not crumbly or sticky and it glides smoothly over your skin. The pigmentation is really amazing. Very intense. You won't see your skin through the eyeshadow. Even in the lighter shades. Love it! 

I also made a picture with the shades on my skin so you can see how it looks. I love to use an eye primer because if you use a primer the eyeshadow shades will be more visible. Some of the shades look similar but a view of them has glitter on it. The shades are nude so some of them are not very good to see.

If you are looking for an eyeshadow palette that is not that expensive but has good colors I really recommend the W7 Palettes.

REVIEW: MAC Cosmetics Blot Powder

Hi y'all! So today a review about this amazing blot powder from MAC Cosmetics. I was looking for a good powder to finish my makeup look with. I also looked for one with a matte finish and they recommended me Blot Powder. It's a pressed powder so I thinks that's very practical.

This powder converts foundation and can also be used for regular touch-ups. MAC Blot Powder contains mica and silica to absorb excess oil and reduce shine on the skin. I bought the powder in Medium Dark, but this powder has a lot of other shades too. I really love this powder because of the finish and it's very easy to apply with the powder puff that is included with the powder. The shade is perfect for my skin and they give me the best advice as always at the MAC pro store. I love buying my MAC products there because they will show you how it looks on your skin and give you advice about the product. So you really know what you are buying. I also love the package of this powder and ofcourse of the other MAC products. It looks very classy I think. This Blot Powder won't add extra colors to your skin/makeup. My foundation will last longer with this powder and I really will repurchase it.

PLL TAG!

Hi guys! So we just made a new video,  this time about Pretty Little Liars. We really love this serie and if you didn't watched it yet you have to! Because it's mysterious and shocking sometimes. But also very girly and fun. If you didn't watched it yet you better don't watch the video haha, spoilers everywhere! The actors and actress are so good and pretty too. If you are planning to watch a serie soon, we recommend this one. There are now 5 seasons so there is a lot to watch. You won't regret it.

REVIEW: Lush Aqua Marina

Hi y'all! Today a review about my favorite cleanser. It's Aqua Marina from Lush. I was in Amsterdam with Fabienne and I was looking for a good cleanser that suits my skin type. I really love the Lush products because it's all handmade and it's all so fresh. Fabienne bought this cleanser for my birthday and I am really happy about it.

You can use this cleanser if you have a sensitive skin. I have a mixed skin and they said you can use this product aswell. It has a clay-like texture and it will hydrate your skin. They used 3 different types of seaweed in it for the vitamins and minerals.

I bought the one with 100 grams. I always buy the small one because I think there is a lot in it and you have to keep account of the shelf-life. Put the products of Lush in the refrigerator because there are all fresh products in it.

How to use it? Like other cleansers just rinse it with lukewarm water. Because of the clay-like texture it's very easy to apply. I use this cleanser after I took off all my make-up. Your skin will feel very soft and fresh and it will smell nice too because of the roses. Love the color of this cleanser, pink! I don´t have irritated spots because this cleanser is made for the sensitive skin.

#2 Unboxing Revlon Super Lustrous Lip Cube

Hi y'all! So today I made a video about unboxing this amazing Lip Cube from Revlon. But I also want to review them and let you see the swatches. There are 9 lipsticks in the box, full size! My dad bought this in the airplain when I went to Vancouver. He bought this Duty-Free, it was 45 euros. That's so not expensive for these amazing lipsticks. The colors are great, you can wear them daily. As you can see it's a lustre finish, I don't like lustre that much but now I tried these I think a lustre finish is not that bad.


This is the package, I thought it were small lipsticks because of the price. But they really are full size so that's really great!

This are the lipsticks, as you can see the colors are so pretty. I love the design of these lipsticks, so classy with gold.

And here are the swatches, you can see it's a lustre finish. You have to apply a few layers to get the intensive color.

TIPS AND TRICKS: How to avoid acne?

Nobody likes pimples or blackheads, it's very important to clean your face everyday to avoid them. I have some tips for you to avoid your breakouts. Remember, nobody is perfect everyone has some pimpels or blackheads. So it's no crime to have some!

1: Wash your face twice a day, it's important to clean your face with good products that suits your skin type. If you have an oily skin use something that is recommended for an oily skin. If you have a sensitive skin, don't use products with a lot of alcohol or perfume in it. I love to scrub my face, I do it like once or twice a week. Don't scrub your face everyday, it will irritate your skin. Also if you wash your face too often it will only dry out your skin. 

2: Food is very important if you want to avoid pimples. Eat enough vitamins it will help your skin to be clean from the inside. Fresh fruit and vegtables are good for your skin because there are a lot of vitamins in it like vitamin C and E. Try to eat fruit and vegtables with vitamin A, this helps to flush acne-causing proteins from the system. Also drink a lot of water, like 2L a day. It cleans your intire body! Pimpels form when excess oil clogs your pores, so limiting the amount of oil that you put into your body in the first place is a step in the right direction.

3: Treat your skin well, buy a good face mask and apply this once a week. Face masks are very good to clean your face and calming the skin. Your skin will feel soft and hydrated. But don't use a face mask more than once a week! Lush has some great face masks, I love Mask of Magnaminty, this mask will help you to get rid of your imperfections. 

4: Protect your face against the sun. They say that your pimples will dry out if you lay down in the sun but that's not really true. Your pimples will become more red and inflamed. So use a good sunscreen if you are going to lay down in the sun. Be aware that some sunscreens have an oily base so read the product good before you use it. 

5: Avoid too much skin products. Too many gels, creams and lotions can clog your pores and lead to pimples and blackheads. Never wash your face with a normal soap it will irritate your skin. Also use a foundation that suits your skin type. If you have a oily skin don't use a gel base foundation or an oily foundation. If you have a sensitive skin, use a light foundation or maybe a bb cream. 

6: Avoid touching your pimples or face. Your hands are always full with bacteria. You can get infections or your skin can get very irritated. Popping pimples will only prolong the healing time of it. It's the worst thing you can do. It's very easy to touch your skin or face even if you are not aware of it. Your phone is also full of bacteria! 

7: Exercise! It will increases circulation that delivers more oxygen to skin cells and carries cellular wastes away.

If you have a lot of acne and it won't get away with these tips or with anything you do to avoid them. Consult a doctor and maybe they have a good stong cream for you to get rid of your acne.

10 tips for new youtubers!

Hi guys! I've got a lot of questions about youtube and people are asking me for tips so I thought let's make a post about it! I am new on youtube and I was like oh that's weird seeing me like that in a video. But you have to get used to it I think. I love making videos and I hope I can inspire people. So here are some tips!

1: The most important tip is to be yourself. They have to like you not a person who is not real

2: Use a good quality camera, make sure your viewers can see what you are doing 

3: Do your make-up and hair. Put on a cute outfit so people can see what your style is and maybe get inspired by it.

4: Be original, you can watch other youtubers and get inspired by it but don't copy it.

5: Subscribe and like other youtubers/videos so you can be noticed. 

6: Make sure the lighting is good in you video. Same story as the good quality camera.

7: Use social media to let people know that you are on Youtube. Instagram is good to get noticed and get to know other youtubers. 

8: You can do a youtube channel with your friend to make it less awkward. You can also promote each other and get more subscribers. 

9: Be confidant, there are a lot of new youtubers and it will not go perfect the first few times. The professional youtubers started from the bottom aswell.

10: Don't give up! If you like to make videos, don't let anything stop you from doing it.

Review: MAC Brave lipstick

Hi guys! Today a review about MAC Brave lipstick. Fabienne already showed it to you but I'll review it for you. It's an satin finish and I love this color on my lips. It's a little bit darker than my own lipcolor. Very good for an nude look! You can combine it with the Soar lipliner, the famous combination of Kylie Jenner. You can wear Brave with a lot of different looks too, it's an lipstick you can wear everyday.

Review: MUA Eyeshadow Palette - Undress Me Too

Today a review about the MUA Makeup Acadamy Professionals Eyeshadow Palette. This Eyeshadow Palette has the name: Undress Me Too. It's an 12 shade palette with soft neutrals and cool greys with stunning gold metallics. You can create all kind of looks with this beautiful palette.

I don't wear a lot of eyeshadow and if I use it I use Naked, Reveal and Shy, the soft neutrals from this palette.  If I have a party or special event I use shades: Fiery, Lavish,Wink, Obsessed and Corrupt, the greys with gold metallics. Perfect for a smoky eye effect. It's a great palette and for a good price too (€ 5,99). You can create a perfect nude look with this palette! Review Mac Lipliner Beet

Hi everyone!
Today a review about a new lipliner I bought. It's beet from Mac Cosmetics. It's a good red color and it's a nice creamy and smooth texture. It's perfect for lining the lips and fill them in. I love these lipliners from Mac, it makes my lips fuller.The color fits well with my blue eyes and my hair color. You can use this lipliner for perfect red lips. I used the liner with my Loreal Paris lipstick called collection exclusive by Blake, It's a perfect match!

How to wash your hair, the right way!

You do this practically every day, you take a shower and make your hair wet. Use some shampoo and conditioner and you're done. But it is not as easy as you think! Here are some tips to wash your hair, the right way.

1: Brush your hair before you wash your hair. This ensures that you disappear the loose hair . Also brushes your gel and hairspray already out of your hair.

2: If you have long hair, conditioner first. If you have hair beneath the shoulders: protect fragile ends from drying out and further damage by using conditioner through them. Do this before you use shampoo. Your hair will be shiny and healthy too.

3: Temprature water. Yes we love hot showers especially when it's cold out side. But this is not good for your hair at all! Don't use cold water too, your hair will not be clean if you use cold water. Lukewarm water is the best you can use to wash your hair.

4: Use shampoo and conidioner that is made for your hair. There are a lot of shampoos and condioners lately. If you have frizzy hair, use a shampoo or conditioner made for frizzy hair. Or if you dyed hair, use a shampoo or conditioner to protect your hair color. Volumizing shampoos tend to leave hair drier.

5: A large amount of shampoo can dry out your hair . Provide a good amount!

6: How often you wash your hair depends on your hair type too. If you have normal or dry hair you can lather up two or three times a week. If you have oily or fine hair you may have to wash your hair daily.

7: A scalp massage while washing stimulates blood flow and reduces the risk of hair loss. Also a massage is relaxing. Put your fingertips (not your nails) on your scalp and make small circular motions.

8: If your hair is wet it's fragile. So dry it gentle and not very hard.

9: Hair mask, treat your hair well. Use a hair mask once in a week to give your hair a boost. It's relaxing and your hair will smell dilicious, feels soft and looks shiny. Use a mask that is made for your hair.
