Mango Smoothie Surprise

Mango Smoothie Surprise
  • ¼ cup mango cubes
  • ¼ cup mashed ripe avocado (MUFA)
  • ½ cup mango juice
  • ¼ cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 6 ice cubes

Serving: 1
Combine the mango, avocado, mango juice, yogurt, lime juice, sugar, and ice cubes in a blender. Process until smooth.
