How to get a toned butt for summer!

 


Hi everyone! Today I want to share you my latest workout tip to get a toned and stronger butt. Last year everyone was doing squats to get a toned butt. But maybe you noticed that your legs are getting big too. That is not what everyone wants so there is an other way to do this. I really like this exercise because it's not that hard to do and the results are great. You can also do  this just at home. So let's get ready for summer!

Hip-Lift Progression

How to do this:

• Lie on your back with your arms at your sides with your knees bent and your feet on the floor.
• Lift your hips toward the ceiling. Hold for 1 count, and then lower back down.
• Repeat the lifts for 1 minute, squeezing your glutes and hamstrings at the top of the range of motion.
• Keeping your hips up, place your foot back on the floor and then lower your hips.
• Repeat this exercise for 30 seconds; switch sides and do the move for another 30 seconds on the other leg.

Make-up storage!

Hi guys! So I was looking for some make-up storage boxes and holders. They are very hard to find, there are only a view good sites I know but that's very expensive. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on storage. But I found some great ones at a regular home decoration store. They were only € 1,49 and they look very cute. I also bought a drawer lately were I can storage my make-up in. I showed that one in my Room Tour video. I think it's very handy to have some storage things for your make-up (collection).

 As you can see I need 2 more MAC Cosmetics Lipsticks to complete this storage holder haha!

For the dutch people under us, Big Bazar and Action has some great things so now and then. I bought mine at Big Bazar and  the drawer at Xenos.

IKEA has some great storage boxes too, but I don't know if they have them right know. I bought one there last year I think.

So if you want to collect make-up or have a make-up collection. I really recommend to buy some storage boxes, drawers or holders. Just to organize your make-up and make it look good.  I really like to organize stuff haha! If you have any idea of other (web)shops who sell them please let me know. REVIEW: W7 Light Toasted - Natural Nudes - Eye colour palette

Hi everyone! So I finally bought a W7 Eyeshadow Palette. I was just shopping in my hometown and I came in a regular drugstore and then I saw this amazing palette. They had 4 of them so I am definitly going to try all of them. I started with the Light Toasted Nude Palette. I thought the shades were very pretty and all good nude colors so I can use it daily.

 I really love the design of this palette because it looks like the Naked palettes from Urban Decay. The price was good aswell, only 8 euros. I love this palette because you can use it daily and I love nude shades. There are also some darker shades if you want to create a smokey eye or something. These beautiful neutral colors are really perfect for everyone and for every kind of look. The In The Buff palette includes matte , satin and metallic finishes in colors ranging from off-white to bronze , brown, taupe and black.  There are 12 different shades in this palette.

It's not only the shadow that is soft, it's also not crumbly or sticky and it glides smoothly over your skin. The pigmentation is really amazing. Very intense. You won't see your skin through the eyeshadow. Even in the lighter shades. Love it! 

I also made a picture with the shades on my skin so you can see how it looks. I love to use an eye primer because if you use a primer the eyeshadow shades will be more visible. Some of the shades look similar but a view of them has glitter on it. The shades are nude so some of them are not very good to see.

If you are looking for an eyeshadow palette that is not that expensive but has good colors I really recommend the W7 Palettes.

FASHION NEWS: TOPSHOP & TOPMAN AT ZALANDO

Hi y'all! So maybe you saw the news about Topshop is available at www.zalando.nl. On Febuary the 26th Topshop and Topman opened their doors in Amsterdam. The store is so big and all of your favorite Topshop and Topman items are there.

Now good news for you people, Topshop is available on Zalando. So if you don't live nearby a Topshop store this is amazing. Zalando made this great campaign with Cara Delevingne in the lead role. The campaign is directed by Gordon von Steiner and styled by the creative director of Topshop , Kate Phelan.

I really love clothes from Topshop. They have unique items and the quality is amazing. It's not very expensive but also not low budget. LOW BUDGET: Primark Shampoo and Conditioner!

Hi guys! Today a review about these amazing hair products of Primark. If you don't want to spend a lot of money on shampoo and conditioner you definitly have to try these shampoos and conditioners from Primark. They have a lot more cosmetics lately at Primark for a good price. My mother in law gave these two for my birthday. I am so happy with it because it smells nice and my hair feels very soft after I used it.

I have the moisturising shampoo and conditioner for dry and damaged hair. I straight my hair everyday so I really need a moisturising shampoo and conditioner. My hair feels and looks healthy because of the argain oil and keratin. Don't use this shampoo and conditioner if you have oily hair.

I really love the package of these two, it looks so good and how they look together. But all of the cosmetics of Primark look good I think.

If you want to buy or try new hair products I really recommend the ones from Primark. They also have low budget cosmetics for your skin and body too. Definitly worth the try!

REVIEW: MAC Cosmetics Blot Powder

Hi y'all! So today a review about this amazing blot powder from MAC Cosmetics. I was looking for a good powder to finish my makeup look with. I also looked for one with a matte finish and they recommended me Blot Powder. It's a pressed powder so I thinks that's very practical.

This powder converts foundation and can also be used for regular touch-ups. MAC Blot Powder contains mica and silica to absorb excess oil and reduce shine on the skin. I bought the powder in Medium Dark, but this powder has a lot of other shades too. I really love this powder because of the finish and it's very easy to apply with the powder puff that is included with the powder. The shade is perfect for my skin and they give me the best advice as always at the MAC pro store. I love buying my MAC products there because they will show you how it looks on your skin and give you advice about the product. So you really know what you are buying. I also love the package of this powder and ofcourse of the other MAC products. It looks very classy I think. This Blot Powder won't add extra colors to your skin/makeup. My foundation will last longer with this powder and I really will repurchase it.

Hi guys! So we just made a new video,  this time about Pretty Little Liars. We really love this serie and if you didn't watched it yet you have to! Because it's mysterious and shocking sometimes. But also very girly and fun. If you didn't watched it yet you better don't watch the video haha, spoilers everywhere! The actors and actress are so good and pretty too. If you are planning to watch a serie soon, we recommend this one. There are now 5 seasons so there is a lot to watch. You won't regret it.

LOOKBOOK: Boohoo giveaway!

Hi y'all! So I won this really great giveaway from boohoo.com. You had to post a picture on twitter or instagram with a picture that will show your style. I thought that was a really cool giveaway and I posted some pictures. I love the clothes from boohoo.com, they are one of a kind. Very classy but edgy too! The quality is also good and the price aswell. A week after I posted some pictures online they sent me a message on twitter. They said that I won the giveaway, I won 250 euros of clothes. So I had to pick a few items from the site that will recommend my style and they will make a kind of giftbox for me. I didn't knew what to expect and what kind of clothes they will pick for me. A week later the box arrived at my house and I was so excited to open it. The clothes are so amazing! They picked a few items I also chose so that was very nice. REVIEW: Lush Aqua Marina

Hi y'all! Today a review about my favorite cleanser. It's Aqua Marina from Lush. I was in Amsterdam with Fabienne and I was looking for a good cleanser that suits my skin type. I really love the Lush products because it's all handmade and it's all so fresh. Fabienne bought this cleanser for my birthday and I am really happy about it.

You can use this cleanser if you have a sensitive skin. I have a mixed skin and they said you can use this product aswell. It has a clay-like texture and it will hydrate your skin. They used 3 different types of seaweed in it for the vitamins and minerals.

I bought the one with 100 grams. I always buy the small one because I think there is a lot in it and you have to keep account of the shelf-life. Put the products of Lush in the refrigerator because there are all fresh products in it.

How to use it? Like other cleansers just rinse it with lukewarm water. Because of the clay-like texture it's very easy to apply. I use this cleanser after I took off all my make-up. Your skin will feel very soft and fresh and it will smell nice too because of the roses. Love the color of this cleanser, pink! I don´t have irritated spots because this cleanser is made for the sensitive skin.

REVIEW: Lush Ocean Salt body & face scrub

Hi guys! So today a review about this lovely scrub of Lush it's called Ocean Salt. It will make your skin feel soft and gentle. The scrub has seasalt in it, lemon and avocado butter. Use this scrub like once a week or once in the two weeks on your face because if you use this scrub a lot your skin will be irritated and red. So use this only for a deep cleaning. Use this scrub on your body before tanning or just to make your skin feel soft and fresh. All of the dead skin cells will be gone and that's very good for tanning of course. The smell of this scrub is delicious, because of the lemon it smells so fresh. If you have a mixed skin you can use this scrub. #2 Unboxing Revlon Super Lustrous Lip Cube

Hi y'all! So today I made a video about unboxing this amazing Lip Cube from Revlon. But I also want to review them and let you see the swatches. There are 9 lipsticks in the box, full size! My dad bought this in the airplain when I went to Vancouver. He bought this Duty-Free, it was 45 euros. That's so not expensive for these amazing lipsticks. The colors are great, you can wear them daily. As you can see it's a lustre finish, I don't like lustre that much but now I tried these I think a lustre finish is not that bad.


This is the package, I thought it were small lipsticks because of the price. But they really are full size so that's really great!

This are the lipsticks, as you can see the colors are so pretty. I love the design of these lipsticks, so classy with gold.

And here are the swatches, you can see it's a lustre finish. You have to apply a few layers to get the intensive color.

TIPS AND TRICKS: How to avoid acne?

Nobody likes pimples or blackheads, it's very important to clean your face everyday to avoid them. I have some tips for you to avoid your breakouts. Remember, nobody is perfect everyone has some pimpels or blackheads. So it's no crime to have some!

1: Wash your face twice a day, it's important to clean your face with good products that suits your skin type. If you have an oily skin use something that is recommended for an oily skin. If you have a sensitive skin, don't use products with a lot of alcohol or perfume in it. I love to scrub my face, I do it like once or twice a week. Don't scrub your face everyday, it will irritate your skin. Also if you wash your face too often it will only dry out your skin. 

2: Food is very important if you want to avoid pimples. Eat enough vitamins it will help your skin to be clean from the inside. Fresh fruit and vegtables are good for your skin because there are a lot of vitamins in it like vitamin C and E. Try to eat fruit and vegtables with vitamin A, this helps to flush acne-causing proteins from the system. Also drink a lot of water, like 2L a day. It cleans your intire body! Pimpels form when excess oil clogs your pores, so limiting the amount of oil that you put into your body in the first place is a step in the right direction.

3: Treat your skin well, buy a good face mask and apply this once a week. Face masks are very good to clean your face and calming the skin. Your skin will feel soft and hydrated. But don't use a face mask more than once a week! Lush has some great face masks, I love Mask of Magnaminty, this mask will help you to get rid of your imperfections. 

4: Protect your face against the sun. They say that your pimples will dry out if you lay down in the sun but that's not really true. Your pimples will become more red and inflamed. So use a good sunscreen if you are going to lay down in the sun. Be aware that some sunscreens have an oily base so read the product good before you use it. 

5: Avoid too much skin products. Too many gels, creams and lotions can clog your pores and lead to pimples and blackheads. Never wash your face with a normal soap it will irritate your skin. Also use a foundation that suits your skin type. If you have a oily skin don't use a gel base foundation or an oily foundation. If you have a sensitive skin, use a light foundation or maybe a bb cream. 

6: Avoid touching your pimples or face. Your hands are always full with bacteria. You can get infections or your skin can get very irritated. Popping pimples will only prolong the healing time of it. It's the worst thing you can do. It's very easy to touch your skin or face even if you are not aware of it. Your phone is also full of bacteria! 

7: Exercise! It will increases circulation that delivers more oxygen to skin cells and carries cellular wastes away.

If you have a lot of acne and it won't get away with these tips or with anything you do to avoid them. Consult a doctor and maybe they have a good stong cream for you to get rid of your acne.

Review: Garnier Skin Natural Mat Control

Hi guys! Today a review about the Garnier Skin Natural Mat Control. I bought this product yesterday and I really love it. I never saw it before I think it's kinda new here in The Netherlands. During the day my skin gets a little bit shiny and I hate it. So this is my favorite product now haha! It will last 8 hours and it will mattifies the skin non-stop. It's for a mixed skin with imperfections. Apply it before you do your make-up, I use it after my daycream. The skin will be mattified for 86%, the skin will be refined for 82% and the pores are less visible for 68%. The package is really fun too because they used a matte package for the box and the tube too. I used it today and I already can see that my skin is not as shiny as before. It's 4 times more absorbent and it hydrates the skin too.If you have a little bit of a oily skin or your face is shiny I really recommend this product!

10 tips for new youtubers!

Hi guys! I've got a lot of questions about youtube and people are asking me for tips so I thought let's make a post about it! I am new on youtube and I was like oh that's weird seeing me like that in a video. But you have to get used to it I think. I love making videos and I hope I can inspire people. So here are some tips!

1: The most important tip is to be yourself. They have to like you not a person who is not real

2: Use a good quality camera, make sure your viewers can see what you are doing 

3: Do your make-up and hair. Put on a cute outfit so people can see what your style is and maybe get inspired by it.

4: Be original, you can watch other youtubers and get inspired by it but don't copy it.

5: Subscribe and like other youtubers/videos so you can be noticed. 

6: Make sure the lighting is good in you video. Same story as the good quality camera.

7: Use social media to let people know that you are on Youtube. Instagram is good to get noticed and get to know other youtubers. 

8: You can do a youtube channel with your friend to make it less awkward. You can also promote each other and get more subscribers. 

9: Be confidant, there are a lot of new youtubers and it will not go perfect the first few times. The professional youtubers started from the bottom aswell.

10: Don't give up! If you like to make videos, don't let anything stop you from doing it.

Primark cleansing products!

Hi guys! Today a review about these cleansing products from Primark. These cleansing products are very new to me I never bought anything like that before at the Primark. So I wanted to try this out.

I bought a facial cleansing pad, a gentle facial wash and a 24 hour deep hydration cream cleansing lotion. The package is really colorful and cheerful. These cosmetics are dermatologically tested.

I use the lotion to remove my make-up and it will hydrate my skin at the same time. I love the facial cleansing pad because you can clean your face deeply. I apply the gentle facial wash on the pad. Make sure your face is moistured and rinse your face with lukewarm water. The facial wash has no fragrance, it has Aloe Vera and Seaweed extract. The lotion has argan oil extract, it makes your skin soft and fresh.

These cleansing products are €2,00 so I think it's worth to try it out. They have a lot more products at the Primark like masks or other lotions and day/night creams.

Number 1: Essence lipliners (Honey Berry and Satin Mauve)

I love these Essence lipliners. If you don't want to buy expensive lipliners you should buy this one. It's only €0,99. The quality is great and it will last like 4 hours. I bought 15 Honey Berry, it's a good red/pink color. The other one I bought was 06 Satin Mauve. This one is a little bit similar to Soar from MAC Cosmetics. It's a nice natural color, you can wear this lipliner daily. You can combine this one with Brave from MAC Cosmetics. Like Kylie Jenner combine Soar and Brave. 

Number 2: Victoria Secret Body Mist

You are thinking why the Victoria Secret Body Mist? That's like €20,00. Well I bought them for €9,00. A drugstore in The Netherlands sell them once in a while for that price. So I bought 8 of them because I love the Victoria Secret Body Mist. Love to wear this in the summer, because it's a fresh and light. I think this is a really musthave! They have body lotion too of Victoria Secret. I didn't bought one yet but I definitely will one day!

Number 3: Catrice Ultra Fine Eyeliner 010

I don't wear eyeliner that much so I don't want to buy a very expensive one. I was looking for a good eyeliner and I found this one from Catrice. It's an liquid eyeliner and it has an ultra thin brush applicator. You have a waterproof one and just a regular one. It's an intensive black color and it's easy to apply because of the thin brush applicator. It will cost you only € 2.99!

Number 4: MUA Lipstick Bordeaux Red

Want a good bordeaux red lipstick? This one from MUA is great and it has a creamy finish. But it's very easy to make it matte with powder or a tissue. You can buy this at a drugstore in The Netherlands for €3,49 or you can buy it at the MUA webshop. Because of the creamy finish it will last not very long, maybe 2/3 hours. A matte finish will last longer, like 4 hours. 


Number 5: Rimmel Londen Long-Lasting Kate Moss Lipstick

I was looking for a red/purple lipstick and I found this one from Rimmel Londen (Kate Moss line). Love the package of this lipstick! It has a matte finish and it's a long-lasting lipstick. A perfect dark nude color. You can buy this lipstick designed by Kate Moss for €9,99

10 tips for self tan mousse application!

Want a nice and gentle tan and want to do this at home? There are a lot of products you can use, like self tan mousse, spray or lotion. A mousse is soft and light and easy to apply. There are many brands that have self tan mousse. I'm experimenting with some of them so I will make a post of that later. Now I have some tips for you for the perfect self tan mousse application!

1: Make sure your body is free from any perfume, oil or deodorant. This is necessary for good results!

2: Take a shower before you apply the mousse. And when you are under the shower, use a scrub to remove the dead skin cells. This is for a better tan!

3: If you want to apply the mousse on your face, use a moisturiser before you apply it.

4: Let it dry for 5-10 min before you get dressed. Don't wear something white or any light color after you applied a tan mousse.

5: After 4-6 hours your tan will be ready to wash off. Apply a mousse before you go to bed, so it can dry overnight. When you wash it off don't take a long hot shower. Just rinse it quickly.

6: Use a moisturiser everyday to maintain your tan and ensure its longevity.

7: Most of tan mousse don't protect you against the sun. So please read your tan mousse good before you use it. This also applies to whether it's suitable for your skin type.

8: Use a mirror when you apply your tan mousse, so you can see what you are doing.

9: Apply a little bit of Vaseline on your eyebrows to protect it against the tan mousse.

10: Most of the tan mousse will fade naturaly away in 3-7 days it depends on the product you use. Once it happens, it's time to reapply!

Review: DR van der Hoog Purity Scrubcrème

Hi! Today a review about this purity scrubcrème from DR van der Hoog. It's for every face type and it's with purifying plant extracts. I love this product because it's 100% soap free. The natural almond particles cleanses your skin mild. This delicious scrub removes excess sebum and stimulates the production of new skin cells. The particles are small, so your skin will not be damaged. I think it's very important to clean your face every day. Even if I don't wear make-up, I love the feeling of a clean skin.I prefer using a scrub once or twice a week. It smells delicious because of the grapefruit and lemon extract, very fresh. There is a lot of alcohol in this product and in other products of DR van der Hoog. So if you have a sensitive skin you may have to use another brand/product.

Hi y'all. This is my outfit for today. As you can see I'm wearing some items that I bought at the Primark. Now you can see how I combine it. I made those cuts in my jeans by myself. I never buy jeans at the Primark but I thought oh well I will make cuts in it and I don't want to buy a really expensive jeans. I love this outfit!
